What if someone has added my CC to their ApplePay? How do I remove my CC from a device I can't control?

Someone has added my CC to their ApplePay. When I called Chase to get a new number - our new CC was automatically uploaded to ApplePay - so our hacker now has our new number. Before updating our CC AGAIN, how do I remove the card from a hacker's phone? Can I completely disable ApplePay for our account from all devices using it?

For someone else to have access to your credit card and load it onto their device, they would need the physical card and your credentials (username, password) to your Chase Bank account. Work with your bank to change all of your accounts, usernames, and passwords if you believe that to be the case.
