Phone transcript

Why does my phone start transcripting my conversation? I was just on phone call

and looked at my phone and saw it! First time I have seen this. I do t think I pushed anything or done anything to cause this. I don’t know what happens or why. What’s going on and why?

How can I turn off call recording and voicemail transcripts on iPhone? I have gone into my settings, and turned off live call, as well as Call Recording. Yet whenever I receive a call that I miss and get a voicemail for, I get the entire mail as a transcript showing in my notifications. My iPhone records my voice and adds what I say in the reply text field. After I read a text, my iPhone 13 continues to record my voice and adds what I say in the reply text field. I am terrified that I am going to accidentally send that recorded text! I saw the answer to another person who had the same issue, but the reply actions to her were not consistent with what is on my phone. Help! [Re-Titled by Moderator]

If that is so, please look for some third-party apps that may have triggered this.

Dictate text

Tap to place the insertion point where you want to insert text.
Tap. on the onscreen keyboard or in any text field where it appears (as in Messages, for example). Then speak. If you don't see. , make sure Dictation is turned on. ...
When you finish, tap .
