I accidentally clicked on the users in the right corner and got into guest account. I can not get out of it because I don’t have a username or password

My MacBook Air 2022 is like this now

You are in Recovery Mode. Just click the Apple menu and select "Restart". There is a chance you may first need to Quit current app first like you would any other app.

If the computer automatically booted into Recovery Mode, then you have some sort of issue with your macOS installation:
