Will a tiny chip out of iPhone screen make it not water resistant?

I recently dropped my iPhone, and even with a screen protector, it managed to hit a rock on the very edge where the screen protector was not covering. There is now a tiny chip in the screen, although it is barely large enough to even see. If my iPhone got a little wet in the rain, would it cause any issues?
