Delayed notifications and other cellulars issues

Hello, recently I bought iPhone 13 (I had Xr before) and from that time I have cellular issues that drive me crazy. First thing is that I her delayed notifications from apps. Sometimes I open a app and find out that I got message and never got notified. And if I wear my Apple Watch it’s even more weird. I always get notifications on my Watch and the same notification is shown on my iPhone 10 to 20 seconds later. It really drives me crazy. Second issue is that sometimes messages pr e-mails wont send. If I send a message in Messenger and then leave that app without waiting for that tick next to message that message wont send, funilly it sends after for example few hours later. Every e-mail I tried to send is not going to be sent and later I will receive notification that e-mail couldnt be send and I have to go to mail app and wait an app to send it again. It even sends all of these issue e-mails twice.

Do you think these issues is in my new iPhone or is it somewhere in my mobile network operator? I didnt have these problems with my old Xr.

Did you already force restart your iPhone after the latest iOS 16.1.1 update?

Restart Apple Watch - Apple Support

Also, if you are wearing the Apple Watch, all notifications will show up on your watch first, as long as the iPhone is in standby.

Did you update the iPhone using Wi-Fi?

If yes, try again, this time using the computer, to make sure this is not software related.

A wireless iOS update only replaces the new parts of the software, the rest stays on the device. Which may lead to software conflicts in some cases.

Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support

This will also make sure that the latest carrier updates for your mobile data network are installed.

Did you check the settings for Notifications/Lock screen appearance/Preview?

Does this happen to default apps like iMessage as well?

I got latest update when i bought it - a week ago and it restarted. But I will try again, thanks.

But the thing is, when I had Xr and Apple Watch I received notification on my Apple Watch and on my iPhone at the same time - iPhone didnt show that notification (not screen lit) but if I clicked button to light the screen up right away when i got notification on my Apple Watch, that notification was there. Now, that same notification shows on lock screen after a lot of seconds later (sometimes it even doesnt show - like one of 100 notifications).

I have same settings as I had on Xr, I setted up new iPhone next to the old. And I checked it now on my old, and settings are the same for everything.

I actually find everything cellular or Wi-Fi really slow, I didnt have this problem. For me it looks like my iPhone have domě problem with receiver or what.

I dont use iMessage, none of my friends or family does. Actually, when i try to reply to an e-mail it shows “preparing draft” and I can sometimes wait for two minutes to be able to respond.
