Hey there Famiy,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, if your photos are uploaded to iCloud, you would first need to download the photos from iCloud to your computer, and then upload them directly to Shutterfly.

For help with downloading your Photos from iCloud to your computer, check out this link here for help: Download and view iCloud Photos on your Windows computer - Apple Support

1. On your Windows computer, open File Explorer, then click iCloud Photos in the Navigation pane.
If you don’t see iCloud Photos, click Pictures in the Navigation pane, then double-click iCloud Photos.
2. Double-click a thumbnail to download and view it.
Icons next to a photo or video’s filename indicate its download status and if it’s part of your iCloud Shared Photo Library. See a list of icons and what they mean.

After your iCloud Photos are downloaded to your computer, check out this helpful Shutterfly resource for steps on how to upload the photos to your Shutterfly account: Upload, Organize, and Store Photos Online With Shutterfly - Shutterfly

We hope that's able to help.

Have a great day!
