My phone keeps on inverting

My iPhone 13 keeps inverting colours when in sleep mode overnight. I have tried turning it off and resetting phone but automatically turns back on? This is v frustrating

iPhone 13, iOS 16

Go to Settings>Accessibility>Accessibility Shortcut and make sure it's turned off.
