Backgrounds when filming myself via webcam

I want to film myself on my Logitech webcam, but I want to blur the background behind me.

Can I do that with Quicktime (what I'm filming with)?

Based on the information found in these resources, it does not appear that you can blur your background using QuickTime on your Mac.
