Dial pad problem

I am facing issue in my iPhone 14 pro max( also in 13 pro max). Every time i open my dial pad and make a call, just by pressing Zero ‘0’ it spontaneously turns into ‘+’. Please help me resolve the issue. As shown in picture below, i dialled ‘0’ but it turned into ‘+’.

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We see you're having trouble dialing the number 0. There are a few steps we can take to help resolve the issue.

Make sure you are short pressing the number instead of pressing and holding.
Make sure your iPhone is fully up to date - Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Restart your iPhone - Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
Force restart your iPhone - Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
