Stand-alone smartwatch

Is there a smartwatch that does not need a phone for people who only want to receive and send calls and not have to worry about accessing the internet or App Store?

I do not need access to the internet or apps because I spend too much time on it and get addicted. I have adult adhd, so I need an adult adhd friendly watch that I can use without the need for a phone and be able to get service for it without a phone.
