I bought my iphone from dubai duty free, I am using it in Bangladesh. The problem I am facing is I can't bind my credit card with app store, it says your payment method is not valid in this store please enter a new payment method.

If you're trying to use the Dubai App Store while you're in Bangladesh with a credit card with a billing address in Bangladesh, that's not going to work. The App Store is not available if you are in Bangladesh. Where you bought the phone is irrelevant.

It may depend on the credit card you are trying to use. Also, have you tried logging in to App Store on a computer and trying to add your credit card?
