My Credit card

Hello. I’m trying to put my credit card in my payment on my phone especially to my appstore account but it doesn’t work for some reasons. It says I should contact with apple support to solve the problem. Keep in mind that I’ve talked to the support yesterday to remove the balance from my account to change my country on appstore, so I’m not sure If it was because of that. I hope someone helps me solve the problem.
