Disable fonts after upgrade

I am writing to check that some system fonts cannot be disabled after upgrading the Mac OS to 13.0.1.

For example, some fonts like Galvji, Euphemia, Kefa, Kailasa, All Sangam MN fonts etc. we could disable in Mac OS before but after upgrading, it cannot do it.

I am asking whether I can disable those fonts right now.

Deleting system fonts. Font Book did not automatically display System Fonts. The user guide did not include that they have to be active in instructions. Tried a sundry of methods to delete them, target disk mode, reinstalling Sonoma, and then some... deactive unwanted system fonts Mac Ventura I'm tired of not having the ability to deactive fonts I don't use. Like Noto, Helvetica Neue and the like. It's so frustrating that Apple seems to think all of us are incapapble of maintain our own font listings. Is there any way to deactive these fonts because right now I can't.

Oh no!!! I can't disable the fonts. They are UGLY fonts!!!! I HATE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
