Iphone freeze and touch didn't work
While typing or using phone iphone freeze and after 1-2 minutes it starts again and apple logo shows up and restart the phone this happen every 15-20 minutes this is happening after i update my iOS system

It sounds like it happens often from what you describe, can you narrow down if it's when you are using one app, or performing a particular task? Instead of waiting for the iPhone to restart on its own, have you tried to force restart as described here? If your iPhone won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
