Face ID

I create strong passwords on my iPad for Apps but same App on iPhone, eg airline frequent flyer app, does not offer Face ID. How do I add same Face ID to both devices?

iPad, iOS 9

Hello FPDuffin,

I cannot find anything about using Face ID on multiple devices which suggests to me you might have to set it up on each device individually.

Thanks. That seems counter intuitive to me since the app password is generated by the device and generating one on a second device would negate the first one!

Still puzzled but appreciate the quick response.
