Hello I had a question/comment about my subscription. I have had requested for the student discount and I was approved. Now I am being charged the $10.99 again. I’m not sure why it changed up or if I need to send another request. I just wanted to know what was going on.

This is a user to user forum. We have no way of knowing your student status.
If you verified your status as a student with UniDays, and got correctly accepted, then you can go to your Apple Music subscription settings and select the Student Subscription from there. IT does not to my knowledge change automatically on its own.
