phone stuck at guided access, triple click does not do anything

I had enabled guided access on photos app and after the time expired, I see I'm unable to activate the phone back.

I am unable to unlock or enter the pass code

Message displayed on the stuck screen is as follows:

Time Expired

A time limit of 25 minutes has been set for Guided Access. Triple-click to enter the Guided Access passcode.
