voice control
An unexpected error occurred while downloading the Voice Control language "English (United States)". Try again later.
After the ios upgrade, I get this message when I try to use voice control.

If it's unable to download the Voice data, it may be possible that you're experiencing some sort of network related issue. Have you tried this on another network to see if it persists? A VPN or similar software may also cause issues downloading this content; so we'd recommend disabling that if you have it set up.
To look into this further, you can view your network settings via: Change network service settings on Mac - Apple Support
"On your Mac, choose Apple menu 
> System Settings, then click Network 
in the sidebar. (You may need to scroll down.)
Click a service on the right, such as Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
If you don’t see the service you expect, see Set up a network service.
Click Advanced, change the settings as needed, then click OK."
