Lost iTunes music, need help

Just bought a PC laptop (previously used a macbook). When I logged into iTunes, after checking the sync box, I went from 200gb of music to 50gb on my phone. I'm signed into iTunes with my Apple ID, the computer is authorized, my phone is authorized, and I am out of patience. Any help is appreciated.

Windows, Windows 10

No, once the content that was on the phone has been wiped from it you've lost the chance to recover the media from there. If you don't have it anywhere else then it has gone. You can re-rip your CDs, if you have them, redownload from Amazon or any other digital stores you've used, etc. You'll have to rebuild any playlists from scratch.

See Backup your iTunes for Windows library with SyncToy - Apple Community for a way to backup what you have now, and collect going forward, against a future move or unexpected disaster.
