Can anyone help me fix this issue? I am running Ventura on a macbook pro. I have turned find my off and on. I have restarted my computer. I have disabled and reenabled location services and NOTHING works. Find my works perfectly fine on my iphone, but no cigar on the laptop.

Hey On The Reel Productions,

It sounds like you're having an issue using Find My on your Mac.

We'd recommend reviewing the information in this article as it provides help for Find My issues: Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support

"Can't locate your device?

  1. You might not have Find My turned on.
  2. If you're using the Find My app, you can't see your device's location if more than seven days have passed since its last location was sent to Apple.
  3. If you're using iCloud.com/find, you can't see your device's location if it's powered off, the battery has run out, or more than 24 hours has passed since its last location was sent to Apple.
  4. Learn how you can still protect your information."

If that doesn't help, we'd recommend contacting Apple Support for further assistance here: Apple Support

Thanks!
