Have updated latest software for iPhone XR now my freestyle Libre not reading , this is a medical urgent request.?please can I have a solution ASAP.

(have updated latest software 16.1.2 today 07/12/22 in the UK but did start going wrong after previous software update)

NFC has stopped working on my iPhone XR after software update today 07/12/22 in the UK, I urgently need a resolution for my Freestyle Libre glucose sensor. have tried everything to no avail. Please advise
