How to reinstate a lost app

I’ve lost my App Store app on my iPhone (5). How can I reinstate it?

iPhone SE, iOS 16

If it is not in the App Store then you need to contact the App developer.

Thank you. The App Store app was reinstated once I visited the Apple Store and requested an update and of course from the App Store I can now reinstate all other missing apps.
