Thank you. The missing fix info failed to take into account if someone wears an Apple Watch. In this instance I discovered u must also turn off auto answer in the accessibility area of ur Apple watch. Very important to include that info into the fix.

It seems you have a question about answering calls automatically and we can help.


Do you have auto answer calls set up in Accessibility?


You can check with the steps below:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Touch.
  2. Scroll down to Call Audio Routing.
  3. Make sure Auto-Answer Calls is off.


That should get this turned off. Contact Apple Support if the issue continues:
