VIP email alert not consistently working on iPhone 14 Pro Max running 16.1.2. I have my device configured to provide an audible alert when I receive an email from a contact marked as a VIP, I am using the native email app. I don't receive this alert on a consistent basis. I have received the VIP alert when the phone is locked and unlocked. I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps including removing the account and resetting the network settings.

1.Open Mail.
2.Tap the Info buttonnext to VIP.
3.Tap VIP Alerts.
4.Then select the alerts you want to set.
