Tôi bị trừ tiền trên thẻ tín dụng vào ngày 02/12/2022 vào lúc 02h53p sáng với số tiền là 699,000 vnđ từ Apple com bill itunes com ie. tôi đã check history purchase và không sử dụng bất cứ dịch vụ thu phí nào của apple. Nhờ support giúp tôi lấy lại số tiền tôi đã bị mất. thanks

I was charged on my credit card on 12/02/2022 at 02:53 am with the amount of 699,000 VND from Apple com bill itunes com ie. I have checked my purchase history and do not use any paid Apple services. Ask support to help me get back the money I lost.


1.

On your iPhone / iPad you can check /search easily.

Go to -> Settings -> tap your profile -> tap Media and purchases -> View account -> log in.

Scroll to and tap -> Purchase history -> purchase history.


2.

If you don't want to continue a subscription you need always to cancel that subscription in time, see the following Apple articles:

If the subscription that you want to cancel is not listed

  • You can modify or cancel subscriptions available on Apple TV, including Apple Music, Apple TV channels, Apple Arcade or individual apps.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

 

Or try to ->  Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If you have requested a refund, you must wait until Apple has approved. Then you will receive a message from Apple.

Refunds are not guaranteed. For more information, see the Terms & Conditions.


4.

If the invoice is not from Apple, was the money deducted by a stranger?

Contact your bank, they can find out who (name, address & account number) has collected the amount from your bank account, and when.

Depending on your bank, they can collect the amount back within 30 days.

Ask the bank to block your card, and ask a new one.


Also report to the police.
