I have an iPhone 13 (regular not pro) and the camera recently started glitching/jumping in all of modes (video/photo/portrait, etc.). I see articles about an issue with pro camera lens but nothing about a regular iPhone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

With your iPhone camera having a jumping issue, if you have any magnetic attachments on iPhone, remove it since this may interfere with the internal components. If iPhone has not been dropped or has any liquid damage you can either contact Apple Support to check into this behavior or take your iPhone to a nearby service provider.
