I have a iphone 11 pro max with No SIM restrictions

I wanted to use it on tmobile but it says it lost or stolen. Not sure I paid the phone off that's why it says no rectriction. Why does tmobile & metro say that.

Recently acquired? Contact the seller. Probably blacklisted. It’ll be useless until the crrier that added the blacklist clears it. There’s a fairly common scam for folks purchasing used devices that ends up with the device permanently blacklisted, too.
