Blank apps screen

the iPhone blacked out first and then buffered. Following, it makes the charging sound and then all apps disappeared.

Iphone 11 Pro Plus - Can't Open Any Apps, Including Apple Apps?! All of a sudden my iPhone only opens apps to a black screen. When I try to reset my phone, it just brings up siri.
