Shortcut for moving full screen app between displays

Hi I am looking for a shortcut to move full screen app between displays. I don't like the idea of going to mission control and dragging it every time i need to reorder my workspace.

I do not want to minimize window, move it then and maximize again. I was looking for something like

⌥⌘->

and

⌥⌘<-

but did not find anything like that.

I will be thankful for any advices
