Remote login to Iphone to controll

I need to be able to Log into my stepmom's phone to help her sometimes. She gets very confused and needs help. Any suggestions

remote into an ipad with a different apple id I bought an ipad for my mom. She often has tech issues and lives out of state. I'd like to be able to remote into her ipad in case she's having an issue so I can walk her through her tech issue. I'd like her to be able to keep her apple id separate from mine. I have an iphone, ipad, and windows laptop I can use to remote in. My understanding is that Switch Control doesn't work unless it's using the same apple id. Is there an app or another method?

Remote Management software I have no clue how this has happened but my iPad mini 5th Get has now got Remote Management software on it. I RESET it to sell it but now the Remote Management software has popped up and wants a login and password that I don't have and have never had!! The Remote Manage software is from a NHS department!! I have spoken with that department and they don't know what is going on!! Any help appreciated.

Not possible to do. You'll need to physically be with her to show her what needs to be done, or she can go to her nearest Apple store.
