M1 iPad Pro with iOS16 can't reconnect automatically to Bluetooth Speakers

Please help!! My new ipad pro with iOS16.1 (2021 version with M1) won't reconnect automatically to my Sony SRS-xb12, Creative Pebble V3, or Bose Smart Speaker 500. there is a similar issue from this (iPhone 13 not automatically connecting to… - Apple Community), but there is no real solution for my issue. APPLE please fix it.
