Open Settings ➡️ Privacy & Security ➡️ Location Services ➡️ Weather: Set this to either Always or While using the app or Widgets.

I'm getting the same error on top to not getting notifications when the screen is locked.
Location services turned off for lockscreen (weather thingy) but I checked my settings and everything was enabled. What to do?
