iOS podcast or embedded radio or music channels do not close

On several occasions I found that an embedded radio station or podcast using a web browser like Safari or DuckDuckGo will not close when you close the app. The app runs hidden in the background.

The applet eventually pops up when the screen closes (automatically after it times out or if you lock the screen using the right button)

The applet becomes visible on the Lock Screen but you cannot kill the applet. In other words the Applet does not appear on the multitasking list so that you can close it. The actual App is closed but the applet continues to run

i generally reboot the phone to kill the app

another bug is Twitter notifications

ios will say that you have 6 new Twitter notifications, however you cannot click on the notification to activate Twitter and go to Twitter
