Apple only offers the Find My features: Use the Find My app to locate a missing device or item - Apple Support
as help recovering lost or stolen items. As you can see from the document, Apple itself does not actively do anything and certainly won't send you such a message. As was observed in a previous post it appears that that message isn't even originating from an apple.com site. What you are seeing is a phishing message. Here's some documents about those:

Apple sends no such messages. And, as you can see, you're not on an apple.com website. Someone is trying to get your credentials
