TCL 6 2018, Apple TV 4K 2021, Bose solo 5. Has worked fine forever, now there’s no change in volume despite the Apple TV recognizing the remote. This is a specific problem with TCL or BOSE. Don’t ask if I’ve done everything IR related, etc. I have, multiple times. I’ve put this same type of set up together plenty of times.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, when you say that your remote is not longer able to control the volume, are you having issues with the Siri Remote or another remote?
