camera shaking on iPhone 7 plus

Hi, after updating my iPhone 7 plus iOS 15.7.1 my camera shakes when taking a camera? How do I fix this? Google has said to turn on the “lock camera lens” however I cannot find that option under settings >camera > There is no options at all for that? Please help. Thank you.

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working
