What are the Apple part numbers for these three adaptors? I believe that the simple Mini-Displayport to DVI adaptor is A1305, and the Mini-Displayport to Dual-link DVI adaptor is A1306, but it would be nice if there were some confirmation on this page.

Those have been discontinued. Do you really need them? DVI’s been obsolete for over a decade, best to move to HDMI.
