"com.macvpn. MacVPNHelper" will damage your computer. What's this?

What is this and what should I do about it? Thanks.

You should check to see if it is installed on your computer. The most simple method is to run FindAnyFile (the free version) and have FAF look for the name MacVPNHelper and remove anything with that name and then empty your trash.

I would also recommend downloading the free version of Malwarebytes and run it to see if you have downloaded any other malware.
