Solo Braided Loop no longer fits

I bought an Appewatch 7 with a solo braided loop on July

2 2022. It fit perfectly when I got it, but now it is too big, and my

heart rate doesn’t get recorded correctly during exercise because the watch is loose. Is there anyway to shrink the solo loop back to size? It wasn’t cheap.
