I bought an Appewatch 7 with a solo braided loop on July
2 2022. It fit perfectly when I got it, but now it is too big, and my
heart rate doesn’t get recorded correctly during exercise because the watch is loose. Is there anyway to shrink the solo loop back to size? It wasn’t cheap.

Unfortunately, the solo braided loop, once it stretches, can't be shrunk back to size. You can show it to Apple at your Apple Store Genius Bar and see what they may be able to offer.
