does macbook pro (retina 13-in mid 2014) have a later version of Mac OS, i'm currently running High Sierra v. 10.13.6

I'm having trouble downloading and installing software to my Macbook Pro, its a 2014 model. the software install kicks out saying it needs version 10.15 or greater.

I currently run macOS high sierra v.10.13.6

i click on updates....and no updates are available.

can i accept this new software i purchased (textexpander) or should i return it. is my machine too old at this point for new software apps????

I accept and appreciate any advice from this forum, thank you.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13
