Apple Watch size

I would like to purchase an Apple Watch series SE but I’m unsure whether or not to purchase the 40mm or the 44mm and personally I have skinny arms and a skinny wrist and have a 9 inch - 228mm wrist size, so I was wondering what would be recommended the 40mm or the 44mm?

Apple Watch series 9 45mm for a size 5 wrist? I would like to buy an Apple Watch Series 9 45 mm. I have arthritis and have trouble sometimes using my fingers on the 41 mm series 7. You could go to a store that sells watches (like Walmart) and find a Timex or something that's about 40 mm and see what you think...

You might prefer the 40 mm and it costs less. The larger size has a slightly larger display
