spam

why are my voicemail messages being transcribed messages in sequential order from 14699825001..2...3 and so on and delivered by the "said" number said it the number it came from instead of me getting a voicemail? better yet what can I do about it to make it stop talking to my carrier does nothing. It seems the phone number it came from and the number it tells me to click to hear the full message are both highlighted blue. this is happening to my iPad and my iPhone.
