I tried many times to place an order at Apple Store using my account balance. The issue is that the website is not allowing me to place the order, showing the message: “YOUR PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FAILED”.

How can it fail, if I’m trying to use my account balance, which is more than enough to pay for the purchase!?

i tried to chat with a specialist, even I tried to get the money re-gifted or transferred to my personal account, which was denied by Apple.

Now my money is stuck in my apple account, I can’t spend it and I can’t get it back.

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 16

You need to set your Apple ID balance as your default payment.
