fix pitch and speed audio issue

How to fix:

1. command + spacebar (the search comes up)
2. Search “audio midi setup” (click on whatever your output speakers or interface is)
3. Go to where it says input then down to format and change the 48,000 Hz to 44,100 Hz or vice verse and then do the same for output 
4. For some reason toggling from either 48,000 Hz to 44,100 Hz or 44,100 to 48,000 resets the audio and fixes the pitch and timing issue you hear on the speakers
