Nasty MIDI Problem with Logic Pro X

I have a Macbook Pro 2021 with MacOS Monetrey 12.6.3 and problem with Midi within Logic Pro X. This is the problem:

1. My Midi Controller Keyboard Behringer UMX490 doesn't work anymore (connected with USB C). Midi Datas coming into Logic. You can see it in the transport bar where also the Tempo etc. is shown.
2. Addional i have an Prophet 6 conected via USB C and a soundcard by RME Fireface UC
3. But the signal is not reaching the instrument in the single Tracks. If i load an Vst it works for the moment but if i change the track and coming back there's no sound and no signal
4. This happen only in one project (Song A). In another Project (Song B) everything is fine
5. I checked all the settings and the seem simular.
6. The controll keyboard is recognized
7. All channels are open to receive midi Data
8. Are there setting just for one Project/Song that i can reset?
9. Could it be that there is just a bug in one project? Could it be that not the all informations are loaded?

I really don't know where the problem might be. I'm an experienced User and simply cant find the problem
