microsoft outlook sharepoint files not loading

I use NHS email (Microsoft Outlook) on safari. Recently when I have tried to open files within my email account's Sharepoint, they do not load (and loading.... continues forever). Any ideas how to fix this please? It used to work fine.

Adobe Reader pdf icon not shown in email attachments After updating to macOS Ventura, Adobe Reader pdf icon disappeared in Email attachment's. Instead a little white icon is shown. This also happens with pdf files downloaded with Safari. In Finder the icons are shown correctly. I use Outlook as email program. I tried if the same happens with Apple Email app, and yes its the same. Anyone has the same problem? Any solution? I don't know if its a Ventura problem, or a Adobe Reader problem.

apple mail getting an untitled window When Apple Mail application is being used on my Mac .. there is an additional Untitled Mail Window keeps popping up. unable to close this untitled window ... Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks.
