For months now the ghost alarm has not going off. Then this morning it alarmed 5 times in a row near the 7a time but not exactly on the hour. There are no alarms set up. There is no bedtime monitoring set up under health. And I don’t have any events requesting alarms to go off ahead of time. Apple MUST know all the reasons this is happening. It’s been reported for years.

Some third-party app is probably responsible. Go to Settings>Notifications and check every app that says it has "Sound" enabled.

If you're having an issue with an alarm you can't turn off, try asking Siri to turn off all alarms.
