login image is default apple image in ventura , how can I change it?

login image is default apple image in ventura , how can I change it?


my wallpaper and screen saver work fine but i keep getting the default Ventura graphic at login and I dont want that, but have no idea how to change it. please help!

The only way to have your own wallpaper in the login window is if:

a) FileVault is OFF

and

b) there is only one user account


Personally, I don’t use FileVault, but it is a bad idea to have only one account. One should always have a second admin account, as if you have trouble with your main account it can be nearly impossible to fix otherwise. That said, I know I am preaching in the desert and most people have only one account.
