Family sharing
My mom got Apple Music family sharing and has sent me the link 4 times and each time I click on it, it says the operation could not be performed (com.apple.family.error.error) please help

It sounds like you're having trouble accessing family sharing and we want to help.
This could be the result of a connection issue or an issue with your Apple ID account.
If you are able to, try connecting to another Wi-Fi network or use a cellular connection if you're on Wi-Fi currently. See if that lets you follow the invite. If you have a VPN profile or app installed, please remove them.
